The law offices of Carl J. Schwartz, Jr. has been providing legal services to clients in Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tomkins, and Yates counties since 1993. The firm's offices are located at 131 Main Street in the Village of Penn Yan, above the Lown's House of Shoppes, at 20 Gorham Street in Canandaigua and the acquisition of a Bath law practice is pending.
The offices located at 131 Main Street in Penn Yan have been fully renovated, and the 19th Century building is home to a spacious suite of offices, complete with a conference room.
As most of the staff was born and raised in the area, the firm has a unique feel for the region and understanding of the people it serves. The firm is highly visible in the community and local educational institutions, as Attorneys Carl J. Schwartz, Jr. and Tiffany Sorgen are adjunct professors of Business Law at Keuka College.
