Carl J. Schwartz, Jr. is a 1992 graduate of Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor, Mr. Schwartz graduated from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. He was born and raised in Middlesex, New York, having graduated from Marcus Whitman High School in 1984. Mr. Schwartz has been licensed to practice law in New York State since 1993, and has been in private practice since that time.
